- Organised the Barfoots of Botley stand at the Leckford Festival, by ensuring samples were ready and delivered for the event. Transport to and from the event. Ensuring we had all the necessary items for the event

- Analysis and interpretation skills have been developed through the use of TNS and LMG data to interpret trends within market
- Managing and training staff for the Corntour, including gained a level 2 hygiene certificate for Corntour

- My computer literacy skills improved especially as I used palm top computers
- I was able to identify potential problems with fruit early on
