Members value the steady flow of high-calibre people that the MDS Ltd programme provides, both in the short-term through secondments - and longer-term to ensure an experienced pool of management recruits to keep pace with growth and expansion.

In addition, membership provides access to a highly-developed training scheme to allow members to integrate their own managers existing managers into all or parts of the off-the-job training course (at a discounted cost).

The courses are also available to non-members (inquiries welcome).
