Agrii is looking to employ a Commercial Officer for a home-based, permanent position within their Crop Protection team.
Agrii works in partnership with farmers, suppliers and colleagues nationwide to deliver innovation, expertise and trusted support – from crop protection and seed to biologicals, micronutrition and agronomy-led solutions. Their commercial teams play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving value and ensuring their propositions deliver for both customers and the business.
They are now looking to appoint a Commercial Officer – Biologicals, Adjuvants & Micronutrition (BA&M) to support the ongoing development and performance of this specialist product portfolio. Working alongside the existing BA&M Business Manager, this role will focus on commercial delivery, supplier engagement and ensuring clear, effective communication with their agronomy teams. This is a key commercial role, suited to someone with a strong interest in crop inputs who is comfortable working across technical, commercial and operational functions.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a commercial and technical contact for Agrii suppliers across the BA&M portfolio, in support of the BA&M manager.
- Contribute towards building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, identifying new opportunities and negotiating pricing and commercial terms.
- Support the development of farm pricing policy, product positioning and volume planning within Agrii.
- Work closely with Technical and R&D teams to ensure products align with Agrii’s wider Crop Protection strategy.
- Produce commercial messaging to agronomy and wider business teams.
- Contribute towards price lists and product data, ensuring AgriiNet and internal systems are accurate and up to date.
- Oversee key elements of the product lifecycle, including forecasting, volume & product planning, supply coordination and distribution liaison.
- Assist in the identification and introduction of new product lines where there is a strong commercial and technical case.

- Clear communication skills, with confidence explaining technical or commercial information.
- A structured and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- The confidence to work independently, show initiative and contribute to strategic discussions.
- A flexible & adaptable approach in a fast-moving commercial environment.
