Location: Pagham Road, Chichester, West Sussex

Working hours per week: 40 hours. Monday to Friday, Hybrid pattern available.

The company is now looking for its next Customer Technical Manager, who will be the go-to expert for all things technical with its retail customers, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and M&S, as well as its wide range of global grower suppliers.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every product delivered meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality. From handling customer technical platforms and managing quality challenges, to leading root cause analysis and supporting NPD – they will play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly, right first time.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Know food safety systems and retailer codes of practice inside out

  • Hold HACCP/VACCP qualifications (ideally Level 3/4 Food Hygiene too)

  • Communicate clearly and confidently—whether written, verbal, or presenting

  • Enjoy collaborating across teams and thrive under pressure

  • Care about doing the right thing and take pride in quality
