Whether you’ve been away from work for months or years, returning to work can feel daunting. Reignite has been created to help women rebuild confidence, refresh professional skills, and rediscover their potential in a supportive environment.
Delivered by MDS in partnership with Frontier Agriculture, this new programme combines professional development, mentoring, and real workplace experience to help you take your next step with confidence.
What You’ll Gain
Starting on 7 September, the first Reignite cohort will take part in an eight-week structured programme designed to help women feel prepared and empowered to return to work.
The programme includes:
- Professional training and interactive workshops
- One-to-one mentoring and support
- Confidence and personal development sessions
- Communication and presentation skills refreshers
- Workplace shadowing opportunities with Frontier Agriculture
- Leadership and resilience development
- Six months of LinkedIn Learning access
You’ll also meet and connect with other women who are on a similar journey, creating a supportive network throughout the programme.

Reignite is designed for women who are ready to reconnect with their careers after taking time away from the workplace.
You do not need to have recent work experience or a background in a specific industry. What matters most is your motivation to learn, grow, and take the next step forward.
