Andy has a long-standing connection with MDS, previously serving as a Director under the Doug Henderson Chairmanship, and was pleased to rejoin in 2023. He has worked with MDS for several years across two terms, observing the organisation’s significant development and progress.
With around 30 years of HR experience across multiple sectors, Andy brings deep expertise in both operational and strategic HR. His independence and balanced approach enables him to effectively challenge and support the MDS team, contributing valuable insight to its mission.
