Jason has spent his entire career in manufacturing, starting in Finance before moving from Finance Director to Operations Director in 2012, with a consistent focus on growth and value creation. He has a strong interest in supporting early-career colleagues, whether through formal coaching and mentoring roles or by creating environments that foster professional development.
Jason joined the MDS board in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in the food and horticulture industry, as well as board-level business leadership. He is dedicated to helping the organisation understand and meet the needs of its current and future members and trainees.
