Sales and Marketing Lead

Grace joined the team in 2026 following completion of the MDS Graduate Scheme. During the programme, she gained experience through marketing, operations and commercial secondments with both retailers and suppliers of fresh produce. She also brings hands-on experience from working with livestock in New Zealand. Grace holds a degree in Media, Communications and Cultural Studies, and now leads our sales and marketing efforts.
