Paula joined MDS in 2022 with a background in Security Print and Early Years Education. She has first-hand experience of diversity and inclusion and is passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential, sometimes in the face of adversity. Paula was drawn to MDS by the opportunity for a new challenge and was inspired by the sector, the organisation’s professionalism, and its investment in people.
