There’s a foosball table for those quick play breaks. And of course, there’s Harvey. The very calm and very professional office dog. Making sure everything’s up to scratch.
The environment feels fresh, friendly and focused. Whether it’s safety signage that actually gets noticed or breakout zones with splashes of canine character, it’s clear this isn’t just another food business. It’s a place where people and pets matter.
A team with bite
What stood out the most was the team itself. Young, bright and trusted to take the lead. You can feel it in the way they speak about their roles, the space they have to grow, and the support that surrounds them.
This excitement extends to the new partnership with MDS. As Trish Gill, Talent and Development Manager for Operations, put it:
