MDS secures Stephanie Aitken for Meet the Trainees

We are pleased to announce that this year’s Meet the Trainees guest speaker is trainer, speaker and coach Stephanie Aitken. Stephanie will be delivering a networking workshop to all Trainees to kick the event off.

Experience

Stephanie is a highly experienced coach. She started her career as a lawyer working for over 10 years at media companies like MTV and Channel 4. In 2011 she switched careers – preferring the people side of the business to contracts.

Her specialty is now two-fold:

• She supports people within companies overcome their communications challenges and build better relationships, providing them with the skills to make the right impact, transform their performance and add more value to the wider business.
• She is also a women’s leadership coach focusing specifically on women going through leadership transitions – those who have advanced into leadership but haven’t yet hit their stride and those who are hesitating to take the next step. She’s passionate about supporting these women to build their confidence and take ownership of their careers in a way that feels authentic and allows them to take that next step. Stephanie works across a range of different sectors for a variety of organisations such as Network rail, Dentons, the BFO and Sotheby’s.

MDS were fortunate enough to secure Stephanie for a previous Meet the Trainees event, which was a huge success, so we are looking forward to having her back for a brand new group of Trainees.
