MDS Ltd is recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Charity & Not-For-Profit™!

The 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces in Charity & Not-For-Profit™ list was revealed earlier this week by Great Place To Work® UK, and we’re thrilled to share that MDS Ltd is among the list of organisations!

The brand-new-for-2024 Best Workplaces in Charity & Not-For-Profit list is created using anonymous feedback from employees working in the industry about their workplace experience.

95% of responders said they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company, and 82% described MDS as a great place to work, compared to only 54% at a typical U.K.-based company.

Trainees reported that they were offered professional training or development and that people were treated fairly, regardless of their age or sexual orientation.

We are proud to be certified for the second year in a row as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces, and we’re delighted to have made the Charity & Not-For-Profit list in its inaugural year.

In addition to the Charity & Not-For-Profit list, we were recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation™ 2024. We also made the list of Best Workplaces for Women™ 2024; this list features companies whose employees have affirmed their commitment to inclusivity and equity for all.
